Construction of New Play park, including play equipment, safety surfacing, railings, footpaths, bridges, stone features. Works to extend and resurface existing car park, upgrading and works to DPA Public Toilets, landscaping & planting.
St Pauls College, Kilrea
Widening of existing main access road into school, construction of new retaining walls, new street lighting and path lighting, erection of new feature gates and pedestrian barriers, landscaping, removal of trees.
Alterations and relocation of utility services (BT, Electric, Water Mains, Fire Hydrant, etc).
Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry
Construction of new Car Park in brownfield site. Specific requirements for a new bespoke retainiing wall constructed behind exsiting dry stone retaining wall (Existing required to be maintained and kept in place at all times).
The installationg of Security Fencing and Access Gates, Flood Lighting, Car Park management system, and CCTV system, all of which required to be brought back and connected to main hospital, directly through the Ambulance station, with a requirement for 24 Hour access maintained at all times.
Works were carried out along side a Heritage Site (Famine Graveyard), with considerations for this being required).
Riada Cycle Path, for Ballymoney Council
Widening of existing path, alongside river resurfacing, drainage, construction of new car park at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre, erection of fencing, repairs to foot bridges across river, supply and erection of seats and litter bins, working around existing lighting and extending same.
Dunclug Play Park, Ballymena
Construction of a new playpark and associated civils works, within existing housing estate.
Extensive and varied range of equipment, from several distinct sourcs, required considerable planning to ensure equipment from several different countries, arrived within a tight time window.
Erectiong of security fencing, safety surfacing, details, paving, street furniture and distinct client required features.
Huntley Park & Scarva
Construction of a new playpark with paths, park areas, fencing, safety surfacing, paving, play equipment, features works. This contract was carried out in parallel with a sister site at Scarava. These were 2 seperate contacts, but due to same start date and same client (Banbridge District Council) were carried out in parallel to spped up construction time for the client.
Ballyoan Cemetary extension, L/Derry for Derry City Council
The installation of deep land drainage system, including deep mahole chambers, erection of bespoke reinforced concrete paths, regrading, topsoiling and seeding of new cemetary areas. Works to connect new drainage into existing system. Works carried out within a fully operation Cemetary environment.
